All Mega Loved pieces are hand made to order. Please allow 10 business days for production. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready to ship.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING - NOV / DEC 2019

All Mega Loved pieces are handmade to order, which can take up to 10 business days. This does not include shipping time.
If you are buying a Christmas gift for someone special, please order no later than:
4th December for all Australian orders (to ship by 18th Dec.)
27th November for the rest of the world (to ship by 11th Dec.)
If you place an order later than the above specified dates, orders will still be made and shipped as usual however delivery by 25th December is not guaranteed.
While orders will be shipped in a timely manner, unexpected delays with shipping providers and customs can occur during this busy period and are out of our hands. Please place your order as soon as possible to keep your holiday season stress free.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Items sent within Australia are shipped via Express Post for a flat fee of $10.00. A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel is sent. If you are located within metro areas in NSW, QLD, VIC you can expect next day delivery. WA, NT, SA as well as rural areas, please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Mega Loved ships to most countries, excluding the following (sorry!): Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Lybia, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Shipping  for international orders is calculated at the check out. A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel is sent. Delivery timeframes are dependent on your location. 

International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

REPLACEMENTS:
Please be assured all pieces are quality checked prior to being shipped. In the unlikely case that a piece is faulty, kindly send a photo of the fault along with your invoice number to online@megaloved.com so we can assist you with a replacement.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

Please note that Mega Loved has a 14 day return policy: Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.

If your piece is not quite right, we happily offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs. Credit notes are valid for a period of 2 years.

Please inform us of your intent to return by emailing customer service at online@megaloved.com. You will be given a Return Authorisation number, which must be included with your returned item along with original order details.

 Items returned must be done as per below:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging in tact
  • Items must not have been worn
  • Items must be returned within the specified return timeframe

Mega Loved reserves the right to return the item to sender should it not comply with the above.

To ensure the safety of your return, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for your parcel as Mega Loved is not liable for any items lost in the post.
